Nasion collects nothing. There is no account, no server, and the app makes no network requests.
Every patient record you create stays in the storage of the device you created it on.
Nasion stores only what you type into it:
All of this is written to the app's local database on the device. It is included in your device backup if you have iPhone or iPad backups enabled, and it is removed when you delete the app.
When you export a session as a PDF, the file is created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. What happens next is entirely your choice — Nasion has no part in it and receives no copy.
If you turn on the optional app lock, iOS performs the authentication. Nasion is told only whether it succeeded. Biometric data never reaches the app.
Nasion is a record-keeping tool. You remain the controller of your patients' data, and local rules on medical record keeping, retention and patient consent (such as GDPR or KVKK) apply to you as they would to a paper chart. Because the records live on your device, protecting the device — passcode, encryption, the app's biometric lock — is what protects the records.
Nasion is intended for licensed practitioners and is not directed at children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this address and the date above will be updated.

İsteğe bağlı uygulama kilidini açarsanız kimlik doğrulamasını iOS yapar. Nasion'a yalnızca başarılı olup olmadığı bildirilir. Biyometrik veri uygulamaya hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
Nasion bir kayıt aracıdır. Hastalarınızın verisinin sorumlusu sizsiniz; tıbbi kayıt tutma, saklama ve hasta onamına dair yerel mevzuat (KVKK veya GDPR gibi) kâğıt dosyada olduğu gibi burada da sizin için geçerlidir. Kayıtlar cihazınızda durduğu için kayıtları koruyan şey cihazı korumaktır: parola, şifreleme ve uygulamanın biyometrik kilidi.
Nasion lisanslı uygulayıcılar içindir ve çocuklara yönelik değildir.
